SMS Privacy Policy

This policy governs mobile information, text message opt-in data, and messaging consent collected for all ClinX Connect text notification programs, including clinician, company, assistant, and administrator alerts. The Clinician Privacy Notice and Company Privacy Notice explain other platform data handling. If a broader privacy notice differs from this policy about SMS program data, this policy controls.

Information used for text alerts

We use your mobile number, account reference, notification preferences, and consent records to send the categories of text alerts you have authorized. Consent records identify the disclosure, source, recording date, and consent date when known. We also keep delivery information and opt-out records to honor your choices, resolve delivery problems, and document how the program operates.

Text alerts may contain platform message previews, sender or company names, opportunity details, and links back to ClinX Connect. Our messaging provider, Twilio, processes the destination number and message content to deliver those texts and handle messaging commands such as STOP and HELP.

Message frequency varies with platform activity and the text alert categories you have authorized. Message and data rates may apply.

How information is shared

Mobile information, text message opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to operate and support our text notification programs, including hosting, data storage, message delivery, security, and customer support, and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

These SMS protections apply to all sharing described in our privacy notices, including business transfers. General account, profile, communication, and business-transfer provisions do not permit sharing mobile information, text message opt-in data, or messaging consent for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotions.

Authorized ClinX personnel can access program records for administration, support, and compliance. We may disclose records when legally required. The broader privacy notices describe other platform processing and information you choose to share through profiles, uploaded documents, or communications; those provisions do not override the SMS protections above.

Your choices and questions

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also manage individual text categories in your account settings. Withdrawing text consent does not close your account. We may retain consent, withdrawal, and delivery records as needed to honor your choices, operate the service, and meet legal obligations, as described in the broader privacy notices.
